Great Clips signs a lease in Arlington

Great Clips signed a lease at 11830 Milton Wilson Road, making the strip center fully occupied. 

The interior buildout for the salon in the 1,200-square-foot space will cost $140,000, according to a commercial-alteration permit filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development. 

Shawn Massey and Sidney Seale with TSCG represented the landlord. Frank Dyer and Barry Maynard at Gill Properties represented the tenants.
