Score Health Clinic opening second location
Music City Prep Clinic is opening a second Score Health Clinic in the Memphis area.
The Nashville-based organization, which provides dedicated spaces for HIV prevention and care, signed a 1,980-square-foot lease at Poplar Corner Shopping Center.
Poplar Corner Shopping Center is a 7,420-square-foot free standing shopping center at 2847 Poplar Ave.
Score Health Clinic joins Comcast and U.S. Army Recruiting as tenants. The property, which was recently listed for sale at $5 million, is fully leased.
It plans on moving into the new location in April. This location will employ four to eight people at any given time.
Score Health Clinic’s first location is in a 4,994-square-foot building at 3002 N. Germantown Parkway in Bartlett. They bought the property for $1.6 million.
Music City Prep Clinic is a national based non-profit that focuses on PREP and HIV prevention.
Barry Maynard and Frank Dyer, both senior vice presidents of brokerage at Gill Properties, represented the landlord, Michael and Angela Woodbury, in the lease.
