Dohmen/Eversana opens new warehouse
A Milwaukee-based life sciences firm recently announced it opened a 260,000-square-foot warehouse at 5650 Challenge Drive near Hickory Hill Road.

Eversana, which was formed in October as a result of a merger of six life sciences industry service providers including Dohmen Life Science Services, also has warehouses at 4550 and 4580 Mendenhall Road. This third local distribution center will be its fourth in the U.S., according to a news release.

"The centralized location of Memphis, coupled with access to major transportation providers, makes Memphis a great location for Eversana. We’ve assembled a talented team at our Memphis locations that deliver value to our customers each day," said Danny Williams, president of Eversana's locally based channel management division.

Both of Eversana's Mendenhall Road warehouses and its new one are owned by Exeter Property Group.

Eversana has also been in the market for a distribution center larger than 1 million square feet, according to multiple real estate sources, but it is unclear when they would sign such a lease.
