Patty Bullock
SVP, Gill Properties
For the past 15 of her 45 years in the industry, Patty Bullock has proudly worked with Gill Properties. These days, as a commercial real estate professional, she specializes in landlord and tenant representation, with her role in the acquisition, leasing, and management of commercial properties.
“I work closely with property owners and tenants to negotiate favorable terms, identify real estate opportunities, and help clients maximize value through strategic advice and guidance.”
Patty points to two big career achievements — one was overseeing the transformation of a 200,000-square-foot building in New York City and the other was working with the Gill Properties team on the acquisition, development, and leasing of TraVure, a modern mixed-use development in Germantown.
While she’s leaving her next goal open for opportunities, she can clearly identify a welcome industry trend: “finally seeing more women in commercial real estate!”
