Debie Salera joined Gill Properties in November 2010, beginning in the front office where she quickly became known for her strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail. In 2016, she was promoted to Property Manager and now oversees daily operations, tenant relations, and property management functions across multiple properties, including Gill Retail, Gill Development, Gill White Station, Gill Enterprises, Gill Macon Station, Gill Poplar Humes, Kirby Gate Shopping Center and Stage Centre. She also assists with management needs at Colonial Apartments, and Storage Towne of America locations.

With a background in business technology and more than 30 years of administrative and financial experience, Debie takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and building strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.

Outside of work, Debie enjoys spending time with her husband of 36 years, Ernie, along with their daughter and two grandchildren, Kiffin Brooks and Penelope, who are truly the joy of her life.
