Frank joined Gill Properties in October 2019 as Vice President of Brokerage. Prior to working at Gill Properties, Frank worked at Loeb Properties from 1998 to 2019 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Principal Broker of Loeb Realty Group, LLC, the company’s Third Party Brokerage and Tenant Representation Services affiliate.
Frank has more than 33 years of Commercial Real Estate experience spanning Retail, Office, and Industrial transactions across 30 States. His list of clients include: Dollar General, Family Dollar, Great Clips, Arby's, Starbuck's, Sav-A-Lot, Valvoline, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Paragon Bank. Gill Properties also provides Landlord Representation and Investment Brokerage across the Mid-South.
The native Memphian attended Christian Brothers High School and graduated from The University of Mississippi in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He later graduated from The University of Memphis with a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate in 1994. Frank earned his CCIM designation in 1996 and his Real Property Administrator (RBA) designation in 1998.
Frank also spent 3½ years with the auto parts retailer AutoZone where he was the top producer of new store sites for two consecutive years. He then spent more than 3 years with Federal Express Corporation in its Corporate Real Estate Department where his responsibilities included leasing office and warehouse facilities across the U.S.
Frank also serves in leadership roles with several civic organizations including current chair of the Oxford, MS Boys and Girls Clubs, past Chairman of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis, and serves on the board of The Memphis Neighborhood Christian Center. Additionally, he is past Secretary Treasurer of Memphis Area Association of Realtors, past President of Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter, and a member of the 2004 Leadership Memphis Class.
