Ray Gill, who is developing TraVure, calls Fogelman's argument "weak to nonexistent," noting that he has complied with every city order and is requesting no "warrants" or exemptions from code. He also says Fogelman's effort to delay TraVure "is an attempt to delay the inevitable."

TRAVURE TRAVAILS: After years of planning, amendments, adjustments, accommodations and acquiescing, developer Ray Gill is running out of patience and diplomacy regarding his TraVure development on Germantown’s west side.

"We stressed three years ago that we must have a traffic signal for the beginning of our development, not when later phases are built," Gill said in an email. He says Germantown city leaders, who agreed to the light, are developing a reputation with developers for not sticking to their word."
